certifications, ensuring readiness to safely perform work in confined spaces,
active utility corridors, and other high-risk environments commonly encountered
in sewer and stormwater infrastructure projects.
Our program includes mandatory
daily toolbox talks, site-specific hazard analyses, and continuous
reinforcement of safe work practices through active supervision and
documentation. Rhino enforces a zero-exception safety policy, emphasizing
proactive risk identification, regulatory compliance, and accountability at all
levels of the organization to protect personnel, the public, and critical
infrastructure while maintaining uninterrupted project performance.
